Patient Billing
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Sarubin Family Dental Associates is happy to accept "assignment of benefits" from your dental carrier for that portion or percentage that we estimate they will cover, with the exception of sedation cases. However, please be informed that you are responsible for the full balance.
In order to minimize billing, we do not have payment plans in office. We do offer third party financing, interest free, with Chase Health Advance.
- Chase is a financial institution that allows our patients to make payments over 12 - 24 months, INTEREST free.
